Picturesque villages like Santa Gertrudis and Santa Agnes, known for their cozy tapas bars and local charm, are only 10-15 minutes from the property. Plus, with the main road connecting San Antonio to Ibiza Town nearby, you can reach the vibrant city center or the airport in just 20 minutes.

Villa Arturo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, divided into two sections. The main house features two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The first bedroom has access from both the kitchen and a separate outdoor entrance, while the second, slightly larger room is separated from the hallway by a curtain instead of a door, ensuring a cozy yet private space. This setup makes it an ideal choice for a parent and child.

The remaining three bedrooms have independent outdoor access. One of these is an en-suite room, while the other two share a spacious bathroom. Every bedroom, as well as the living area, is equipped with air conditioning, and for cooler days, underfloor heating ensures a comfortable stay year-round.

Step outside into the beautifully maintained garden, where lush greenery, colorful oleanders, and a vibrant lawn create a serene oasis. The private pool, which can be heated for an additional €500 per week, is perfect for lounging on Balinese double sunbeds. A dedicated sandy play area with playground equipment makes this villa a paradise for children. The outdoor dining area, complete with a large table for 10, invites guests to enjoy alfresco meals under the Ibizan sky, while multiple cozy seating areas provide the perfect setting for relaxation.
