Payment Conditions
Your booking is confirmed with receiving your downpayment. The downpayment is 50% and the remaining amount is 6 weeks before arrival.
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking. After this period, cancellation fees apply. All cancellations must be notified via email as soon as possible and will incur charges. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the rental amount will be charged with no refund provided.
- More than 42 days before arrival: The deposit amount (50% of the total price) is non-refundable.
- Between 42 and 28 days before arrival: 60% of the total rental price is charged.
- From 28 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental price is charged.
Please note that once a booking is confirmed, it is not possible to exchange the property for another accommodation. The original cancellation policy remains applicable in all cases.
